Technical particle cleaning
Technical particle cleaning of parts eliminates metallic and non-metallic particles from the surface of aluminium parts and components in different materials.
We use ultrasound cleaning processes to remove particles that are not perceptible to human eye (smaller than 600 microns) but must be eliminated to comply with the increasingly stringent requirements of VDA 19 in the automotion industry and other sectors.
In addition, we provide consultancy on the processes before and after cleaning so that parts or components comply with the relevant requirements.
The cleaning process is carried out using an ultrasound machine, in special rooms.
Precision degreasing of metal components
We have the most modern technology for high-precision automatic degreasing of parts in accordance with the desired degree of cleanliness.
We remove any contaminant using perchloroethylene and steam, immersion, rotation or static processes, depending on the technical requirements of the parts, including the surface tension.
