TECHNICAL PARTICLE CLEANING
Latest generation installations for water-based ultrasound cleaning, in combination with insulated atmosphere-controlled rooms.
To achieve high levels of particle cleaning of parts made of metal, plastic, rubber, etc. a preliminary study helps us to determine all the stages to be taken into account for the VDA 19 contamination requirements for components.
We adapt the features of our machines, technology and installations to the needs of each part and component according to the properties and application of each project. Cleaning industrial parts entails much more than removing any visible residues and degreasing surfaces.
ULTRASOUND PROCESS
At the same time, we have complementary industrial processes for prior surface treatments, through state-of-the-art technology in microgrinding and deburring, for a precision, high-quality finish in any type of part, even with complex geometries and different materials.
To offer our clients a comprehensive part cleaning service, in close collaboration with BIDEA Automotive S.L., we carry out studies linked to the Standard VDA 19.2 and offer consultancy on the processes before and after cleaning so that parts and components comply with the pertinent requirements.
In addition, this strategic collaboration enables us to provide group training on understanding and awareness of the Standard VDA 19.
To be able to certify cleanliness, BIDEA Automotive has a laboratory with a clean room accredited according to ISO 14644 – Class 8, with independent areas for filter extraction and analysis processes in accordance with VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232.
In addition to the gravimetric analysis and the count/classification of particles carried out with optical microscopes, the laboratory is equipped with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with EDX. This unit makes it possible to analyse the chemical composition of particles and is especially useful for establishing the origin of the contamination of the components analysed.
BIDEA LAB S.L. is a technical cleanliness analysis laboratory in accordance with VDA 19.1 /ISO16232.
BIDEA LAB SL is owned by BIDEA Automotive S.L., official licensee of VDA QMC since 2014 and the only official instructor in the standards VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2 in Spain.
