QUALITY POLICY
BASTER has a modern infrastructure and a qualified human team that is able to provide a high level of client satisfaction, in both quality and service, based on the ongoing improvement of its processes. This management model is evident in the Quality Management System, which has produced the following Quality Policy:
- Complying with the legal and other possible requirements applicable to our activity, with regard to quality.
- Achieving the full satisfaction of our clients by exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Continuously improving the efficacy of the QMS to satisfy the needs of clients and other stakeholders.
- Complying with the delivery terms and rigorously ensuring the conformity of parts treated in accordance with the client’s requirements, through the analysis and development of optimum processes.
- Encouraging the participation, training and motivation of company staff with respect to the development and implementation of the QMS.
- Generating a workplace environment characterised by enthusiasm, productivity, creativity, responsibility, team work and confidence.
- Preventing harm and compromised worker safety by monitoring the hazards and risks to which they are exposed in the workplace.
The responsibility for achieving this Quality Policy shall be shared, with joint participation from all staff in the organisation.
The senior management shall provide the necessary resources for the implementation and maintenance of the QMS. Its principles shall be reviewed periodically and communicated to all stakeholders.
